The owner of this 1980s spec house loved its modern feel but needed to remedy structural issues, like leaky skylights, the aesthetic challenges of a dark, two-story entry foyer, and poor space planning.
A contemporary design devotee, the homeowner encouraged us to move towards a modern chic feel with open, interconnecting spaces and crisp innovative details. The resulting alterations and addition provided space for renovated bedrooms and baths, a new connecting stair tower with open stair and abundant daylight, a new kitchen and breakfast room with skylights, and an open covered porch
connecting to the pool.
